About Us
Founded in 2012 by Jakob Kraus, we at MOBILERBOOTSBAU see ourselves not only as a classic boat building company, but also as a manufacturer, supplier and installer of boat decks, yacht decks and ship deck coverings of the most diverse designs, whether made of teak or wood alternatives.
Today, we work with a team of 30 people including experienced boat builders, master boat builders and apprentices in our modern production facility in northern Germany, close to Berlin.
Our location is an ideal base for us to install our clients decks both in Northern Europe and on the Mediterranean. The short distances to the metropolis of Berlin and excellent logistical connections promote our supra-regional sales. We produce our decks in a modern 2000 square metre hall and are equipped with extensive and partly computerised machinery.

Port Napoléon, southern France: We have established this multi-service marina in the heart of the western Mediterranean as a convenient optional installation site. Here we have a 22-metre-long yacht storage hall with an adjoining workshop, perfectly equipped for the installation of our teak decks. Here we can guarantee our customers indoor berths for the refurbishment of their teak decks, whilst the marina offers a wide range of other refit services.
